Get Into Golf

Getting into golf has never been easier at Ingestre Park Golf Club. We have introduced a pathway which will take you from complete beginner to gaining the skills and confidence to go out on our beautiful golf course and enjoy a game of golf. At Ingestre Park GC we are committed to increasing participation in golf, especially for women and girls. We have signed the “Women in Golf Charter” which highlights our Club’s commitments. There are 3 stages to our pathway.

“Get into Golf” Taster and Group Coaching Sessions.

We always start with a FREE group Taster Session so there is no up front commitment and it is your chance to see if golf is for you. By starting in a group, this gives you the opportunity to make friends and start your golf journey together – golf isn’t just about getting a white ball into a hole! The social aspect plays a big part in golf. Following on from the Taster Session, there will be a course of lessons which will introduce you to the different shots required and this will give you an insight about the game.

Academy Package

The Academy Package is perfect to hone your skills and start to gain confidence to go out on the golf course. The package consists of 6 x 30 minute 1-2-1 lessons (at times to suit you), 6-hole playing lesson (gives you the opportunity to learn some of the rules and etiquette on the course) and 4 x vouchers for 18 holes of golf which can be split in to 8 x 9 holes. You don’t have to go it alone when using the vouchers – our friendly members are more than happy to join you!

Academy Package = £299 (saving £156!!!)

Academy Membership

The Academy Membership entitles you to you 12-months restricted membership at a reduced price and reduced joining fee. This allows you to gain confidence on the course and play during quieter periods.

The Club have taken this approach as we are aware of the expense involved in starting up in golf so this is designed to help with those initial costs.

T&Cs

Academy Package expires after 6 months. This is plenty of time to use your lessons and golf vouchers.

Academy membership is only available to those who have completed the Academy Package and is for genuine beginners who have never been a member of a Golf Club or held a golf handicap. Academy Membership is for 12 months only unless membership is on a waiting list.
